Those girls wear dresses all the time! Amazing dresses. Being a Gossip Girl is about being a girl. A girly girl. And what's more girly than a dress? The shorter the dress the better it sometimes seems to be. Especially for Jenny and Serena. They seem to say that amazing legs never should be hidden. And I agree!
